Note: If you downgrade to the free plan, previously unlocked premium influencer data will be restored to free tier access only.

We are currently processing all subscription purchases through Stripe. After a successful purchase, contact our customer service team to request paper or electronic invoices. Invoice processing takes up to 15 business days.

We offer monthly (31 days) and annual subscriptions (365 days) with the option to purchase renewals in advance.

The listed plans are digital products that activate immediately upon purchase. Please carefully review your purchase details before completing payment, as we do not offer refunds for virtual products.

Yes! Simply select your desired higher-tier plan directly. Our system will automatically calculate the pro-rata charge based on your remaining subscription duration and adjust your billing accordingly.

Navigate to Account → Configuration → Subscription and click the Manage button. This will redirect you to the Stripe platform where you can cancel future subscription renewals immediately.

Upon receiving the request, we will process the cancellation as soon as possible and send a subscription cancellation confirmation shortly.

Note that users who cancel their subscription may continue using the service during the remaining active period of their current plan.
